It is designed for any practitioner interested in the diagno sis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME) and Fib romyalgia syndrome (FMS).\n\nIt will explain the scientific basis that und erpins the physical diagnostic techniques used by Dr Perrin over the past 30 years on over 2\,000 patients and also show how to practically incorpor ate these techniques into clinic as a screening tool in the diagnosis of  CFS/ME and FMS. The findings of a blind controlled NHS study demonstratin g the efficacy of these physical signs as an aid to diagnosis were publish ed in The British Medical Journal’s online edition BMJ Open Nov 2017. (H ives L et al.  bmjopen-2017-017521)\n\nThe online seminar will focus on t he advances in science showing recent visible evidence of the existence of a neuro-lymphatic (glymphatic) pathway (Iliff J et al 2012) and a dural l ymphatic system that was only confirmed in humans in 2017\n\n(Absinta\, Ha et al. 2017).  Plus\, it will explain how neurolymphatic disturbance due to sympathetic dysfunction causes excess lactic acid leading to myalgia a nd fatigue supporting earlier research findings. (He J. et al. 2013.)\n\nT he online seminar is designed to practically help the clinician improve th eir diagnostic skills in the field of CFS/ME and FMS.  Dr Perrin will dem onstrate and teach the participants how to use validated and established  CFS/ME and  FMS consultation forms plus how to  examine the physical si gns that will help the clinician to screen for\, and give a reasonably acc urate severity score and prognosis of these diseases.
