 ges’ Polyvagal Theory.\nIncluded are the three circuits of the ANS\, und
 erstanding the organizing principles of the theory: hierarchy\, neurocepti
 on and co-regulation.\nUnderstand the function of cranial nerves as they r
 elate to this theory\, and the chronic problems related to cranial nerve d
 ysfunction.\nCompare and contrast various authors views and understanding\
 ; including Stephen Porges\, Deb Dana\, Stanley Rosenberg\, among others.\
 nExplore polyvagal through the lens of the Social Engagement System\, unde
 rstand the differences from the old ANS approach to the updated Polyvagal 
 understanding of parasympathetic and sympathetic.\nExplore how the manual 
 therapist can engage this system to embody trust and safety with there cli
 ents and offer exercises that enhance this approach.\nWe explore varying m
 odalities approach to trauma through the polyvagal lens and where we as ma
