SUMMARY:FASCIAL LINE DERAILMENT\; BALANCING THE FASCIA TO KEEP US MOBILE AN
D PAINFREE - with Paula Nutting - via zoom meeting
DESCRIPTION:
\nFASCIAL LINE DERAILMEN
T\; BALANCING THE FASCIA TO KEEP US MOBILE AND PAINFREE - with Paula Nutti
ng - via zoom meeting - 18 March 2023\nNo Fascial line works independently
of the other. The fine balance of these anatomy trains keeps us mobile\,
stable and pain free. Join Paula in this interactive webinar where she gui
des you into the secrets the lines have on the upper and lower body.\n\nLi
ve stream times\; 8am - 11am South African time Saturday 19 NOV 2022 - ple
ase check your own local times.\n\n
\n\n[spoiler title='Course ma

LE AND PAINFREE - with Paula Nutting - via zoom meeting.\n\nIntroduction\,
expectations and questions.\n\nIntroduction into the fascial anatomy trai
ns\, the way that we can read the connections of the connective tissue as
it travels its path through the human body\; overview of the theory\, rese
arch behind the anatomy trains and participants knowledge levels regarding
fascia\, surface anatomy and treatment choices currently used. \n\nTheory
 - The fascial lines of the body are seen to follow some predictable pathw
ays of muscle groups and are responsible for both functional movement patt
erns and static holds. We can apply our orthopaedic assessments currently
used and also add palpation of various tendon attachment sites to assess p
otential “derailments” or dysfunctions within these trains. Once we id
entify the affected line\, we can then treat the relevant muscle/muscles t
hat will return the imbalance to more normalised function. This is shown t
o assist with correcting conditions complained both local and far reaching
from the patient’s complaint. \n\nTheory - Links to the fascial trains
of the body in more depth. Covering each of the 9 major anatomy trains\, w
hat muscles and bony attachments are included\, common pain pathologies\,
functional assessment indicators\, palpatory links to indicate the relevan
t train.\nA brief introduction to neurolymphatic point therapy\, it’s hi
story and research behind it. The autonomic nervous system and the links w
ith stress and its effect on the musculoskeletal system.\n\nHow the stress
protective patterns create imbalance of the 9 lines of the anatomy trains
.\n\nTheory\, demonstration & practicum - The Webinar specific lines – w
here they are\, what they do\, what muscles are involved\, what bony struc
tures are involved. What common symptom picture is included within these l
ines\, what palpatory findings we are likely to find/feel\, what observati
ons in standing\, supine and prone. Power Point with video links to watch
each step is then followed by students/participants applying a self-assess
ment where possible\, OR if they have a patient with them\, can palpate an
d apply the various assessments directly.\n\nPracticum – Self-evaluation
of specific webinar anatomy trains\, applying the relevant low load muscl
e activation to stimulate the muscle/s likely to be weak and then retest.
Apply the relevant neurolymphatic stimulation to improve neural efficiency
to the muscle in question. Video demonstrations of relevant joint mobiliz
ation techniques for the anatomy train\, added video demonstrations of the
most effective MFR to be used on subsequent muscles/connective tissue wit
hin the anatomy train.\n\nRecap open for further questions and close\n\n[/
