It is designed for any practitioner interested in the diagnosi s of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME) and Fibro myalgia syndrome (FMS).\n\nIt will explain the scientific basis that under pins the physical diagnostic techniques used by Dr Perrin over the past 30 years on over 2\,000 patients and also show how to practically incorporat e these techniques into clinic as a screening tool in the diagnosis of  C FS/ME and FMS. The findings of a blind controlled NHS study demonstrating the efficacy of these physical signs as an aid to diagnosis were published in The British Medical Journal’s online edition BMJ Open Nov 2017. (Hiv es L et al.  bmjopen-2017-017521)\n\nThe online seminar will focus on the advances in science showing recent visible evidence of the existence of a neuro-lymphatic (glymphatic) pathway (Iliff J et al 2012) and a dural lym phatic system that was only confirmed in humans in 2017\n\n(Absinta\, Ha e t al. 2017).  Plus\, it will explain how neurolymphatic disturbance due t o sympathetic dysfunction causes excess lactic acid leading to myalgia and fatigue supporting earlier research findings.
