articipant Feedback\n\nI thoroughly enjoyed this course. I appreciated Hel
ene's evidence based approach and how she incorporated that into her pract
ice. I also appreciated the ample amount of examples of exercises to give
patients in each phase of rehab - Daniélle\n\nThank you for organising a
great course - a fantastic idea to run the courses online\, the course con
tent was great and Helene very very informative. It was a nice continuatio
n of Helene's introductory foot and ankle course. Shannon\n\nThe foot and
ankle course was excellent - very easy to follow and really liked that you
also provide the zoom recording of the speaker so you can go back through
the material multiple times and not panicking taking notes. No complaints
\, Helene is an excellent speaker and wonderful lady! - Claire\n\nI was th
e student that attended this course and would firstly like to extend my gr
atitude in allowing me to attend. It was a great learning opportunity and
I learnt a lot. The Zoom meetings were very well organized and the present
ation was well constructed and easy to follow. It created wonderful intera
ction with other Physio’s and we could learn a lot from each other as we
ll. I am looking forward to further courses. Thanks once again! Michelle\n
\nHave never participated in such before but actually found the foot and a
nkle course both thoroughly enjoyable and informative. Very easy to have d
iscussions and chats\; Ann\n\nI really enjoyed Helene’s course. A wealth
of information! I came away with a lot of practical tips and up to date p
rotocols. Her rehabilitation ideas are going to be very useful. Also great
to have the recordings and notes to be able to refer back to. Caty\n\n\n[

nWORKSHOP OUTLINE\n\nThis 3-hour workshop is specifically aimed to managin
g and treating the difficult ankle sprain. \n\nThe difficult ankle sprain
is simply put as the ankle sprain that just won’t settle with ankle pain
hanging around for much longer than expected and not responding ot the us
ual treatment strategies! \n\nI will mention how and when you know you are
dealing with a “problem” ankle and discuss what further ankle managem
ent strategies are required – for example when and what to refer for fur
 ther investigations\, self-management\, modified rehabilitation\, expected
time scales etc etc. \n\nThis is to assist you in trouble shooting your
patient and we will brainstorm and discuss some real cases as well!\n\n[/s
