 two-day course is an updated expansion of Richard's popular Sporting Knee
  in 4D course and focuses on a unique and comprehensive approach to treat
 ing common lower extremity pain disorders\, providing a detailed explorati
 on of the patellofemoral joint (PFJ)\, the talocrural joint (TCJ)\, the su
 btalar joint (STJ)\, the inferior tibiofibular joint (ITFJ) and the acet
 abulofemoral joint (AFJ).\n\nThe emphasis is on articular\, neural\, myofa
 scial and vascular integration of therapies and treatments in order to ach
 ieve greater and more sustainable results.\n\nThe soft tissue techniques 
 shown over the two days will focus on: the capsule (PFJ)\, retinaculum (PF
 J\, TCJ)\, menisci (PFJ)\, ligaments (PFJ\, TCJ)\, influential tendons (PF
 J\, TCJ\, AFJ)\, influential muscles (AFJ\, PFJ\, TCJ)\, arteries (Femoral
 \, Popliteal\, Genicular\, Tibial) and major nerves and nerve zones (lumba
 r plexus\, sacral plexus\, femoral\, saphenous and sciatic).\n\nThe course
  also explores and contextualizes the application of therapeutic exercise 
 and the need for controlled progressive overload of injured tissues in al
