A half day post with the potential to become full day post is available for a Physiotherapist in a dynamic, growing multi-site private practice. This post is situated in Panorama, Western Cape, but therapists must be willing to travel to Parow and Paarl on occasion.

This is hospital practice with a OPD that service primarily people suffering with Chronic pain conditions. The service consists of inpatient acute and out-patient rehabilitation, home and worksite visits and pain management intervention.

The practice exists as part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of physiotherapy, biokinetics, social work, and a variety of medical specialists. The ability to work closely with other medical professionals is therefore essential.

The suitable candidate should be passionate about patient care, service excellence and ethical, evidence-based practice. Willingness to learn and eagerness to improve own knowledge and skills are essential. Excellent report writing skills, administrative management skills and time management skills are required.

Pre-requisites:    B.Sc PT degree with a interest in chronic pain. Must have done atleast 3 train pain module or have a OMT.

Registration with HPCSA and SASP

At least two to three years’ experience

Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Driver’s license and own vehicle

Ability to work independently
