Join Steven Goldstein as he presents on the relationship of the scapulothoracic complex with the spine.

Observe effective scapular range of motion techniques to determine scapulothoracic barrier restrictions, understand the laws of vertebral motion (Fryette), Type I and Type II motion and scapular dyskinesis.

Steve will also demonstrate techniques to release glenohumeral, acromio-clavicular, sternoclavicular and scapulothoracic joint restriction using Fascial Therapy methods that are both direct and indirect, with modified MET blending joint, myofascia and ligament technique applications.

Techniques include Fulcrums, low force MET and direct myofascial applications using a tensegrity approach.  Lighter touch mechanisms are demonstrated via video to show its effectiveness.
