We look into the myofascial meridians and show you how to pin down  locked muscle/s and get range and power back quickly.

2. Jo-dee Pryce (SA). ‘It is hidden in plain sight – the cerebellum and its role in musculoskeletal dysfunction’.

3. Helene Simpson (SA). ‘Those tricky ankles….! I think I should change career and rather treat low back pain?’ I will share some cases that drove me and the medical team to distraction.. And provide you with some tips that we learnt and can share in hindsight.
