This grueling sport attracts a certain type of athlete and comes with its own array of special considerations. Insights will be shared for those who may not be familiar with triathlon, and we will delve further into the specifics that only an expert would know.

The most common injuries prevalent in the sport will be discussed with effective management protocols including treatment recommendations and progression back to training/racing.
