Take the time to refresh and add new ways to assess and treat common pathologies that may often confound the best manual therapist. Using techniques like MET, MFR, low load exercise and neurolymphatic point stimulation we address conditions such as tendinopathies, impingements, bursitis, strains and the often complex adhesive capsulitis. This webinar will be FULL of visual demonstrations with the options for you to FEEL the difference to your OWN problematic shoulder issues by self-treatment opportunities.

Theory Shoulder and rotator cuff anatomy and origins of pain most therapists see from soft tissue, fascial, joint and neural components.
Theory demonstration and practice.

A brief introduction to neurolymphatic point therapy, history, links with stress and the workings of the shoulder and rotator cuff.

Theory Individual pathologies including tendinopathies, impingements, tears/strains, bursitis, adhesive capsulitis
Practical Self-assessment of the shoulder through range of motion. Including internal external rotation of the scapula supporting muscular system.
Theory, practicum and Video demonstrations Tendinopathies – biceps and subscapularis

Treatment using MET, low load activation, neurolymphatic point stimulation, MFR

Theory, practicum and Video demonstrations Impingements – GH joint, 1st rib, ac/sc joints

Treatment using joint mobilisation, pin and stretch, joint capsule compression, jostling and joint focused MET

Theory, practicum and Video demonstrations Strains – rotator cuff, biceps, triceps pectoralis

Treatment using PRT, low load activation and taping

Theory, practicum and Video demonstrations Bursitis and frozen shoulder

Treatment using NMT, neurolymphatic point activation and exercise.
