Join Steven Goldstein as he explores Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory in a 1-day masterclass.

This one day course is designed for both the experience practitioner and those just embarking on their journey with touch and the autonomic nervous system.

Material introduced and covered include:

Polyvagal Theory according to Borges and Dana.
Understanding the hierarchy of the ANS
Concepts of neuroception, co-regulation

The practice of presence as it relates to safety and trust in therapeutic relationship

Fascial therapy umbilical fulcrum

Focus on the cranial base/suboccipitals/C!1-C2 TVP palpation and use of eye motion for assessment of C1-C2
