THRIVE / DON’T JUST SURVIVE – A PRACTICE MANAGEMENT COURSE DURING / POST COVID 19

“All of us might wish at times that we lived in a more tranquil world, but we don’t. And if our times are difficult and perplexing, so are they challenging and filled with opportunity.”

― Robert Kennedy

Moving forward is about moving now. Practitioners and business owners who take time to  reflect and refocus on their businesses will see the opportunities and put processes and strategies in place to ensure that their business survive and thrive especailly in what is looking to be a VERY tough 21021 ahead. It is now the time to move your practice forward in the direction that you want it to go.

Objective:

This online course will equip health care practitioners to look for opportunities and to do what is needed to turn difficult times into good business strategies.

Part 1: Taking stock and plan to move forward.

Change does not happen by itself, strategies need to be in place to ensure that your practice will grow  during the economically challenging times.

Key focus areas during this strategic planning module will be on human resources, marketing and finances .

Part 2: To move forward you need to take the first step.

Initiation is the hardest. Every journey, no matter how small requires initiation. After that forward motion kicks in and leads toward momentum. Focus is also on change management to get everyone in your business on track with momentum to achieve strategic goals.
