Geoff Foat graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BSc Physiotherapy in 1988 and BSc (Hons) Sports Science in 1989. In 1991 he moved to Connecticut to practice orthopedic physical therapy and began lecturing throughout the USA. He graduated from Quinnipiac University, Connecticut with an MSc in Orthopedic Physical Therapy 1998, and is certified by APTA as an Orthopedic Specialist.

Geoff has been involved with the Mulligan Concept since 1995 receiving full teaching credentials from the Mulligan Teacher’s Association in 2002. He teaches the Upper and Lower Quarter Mulligan Concept courses.

There are approximately 50 accredited Mulligan Concept instructors worldwide. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and has a particular interest in functional rehabilitation.
