There she gained a broad range of work experience in the NHS in Medical and Trauma and Orthopaedic wards followed by and an exciting extended scope pilot in the Accident and Emergency Department of the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary. A move to London saw the transition to Private Practice and more specialisation towards sports injuries, including 5 years as the England u19 Women’s Football physio, and work at the London 2012 Olympics, FINA World Championships, and numerous other elite sporting events. Now residing in Johannesburg, Parys has her own physio clinic at Old Parks Sports Club and enjoys treating a wide range of MSK patients with a particular interest in sports injuries.

Parys utilises this unique combination of personal and work experience to share her knowledge and help Physio’s effectively treat and manage the triathlete.
