Her book ‘The Back Sufferers’ Bible’ is the current market leader in both the UK and Australia and her latest book ‘The Back Sufferers’ Pocket Guide’ was released in early 2010. Her book ‘Back in Action’ is currently in its fifth edition and the popular ‘The Body in Action’ was re-released in 2009 in a new edition as ‘Keep Your Joints Young’. In 2003 Sarah was made a Member of the Victorian Order by royal decree of Her Majesty the Queen ‘for services to physiotherapy’. Over her years in clinical practice, Sarah has developed a working hypothesis comprising a rational blend of clinical experience and cutting edge evidence-based theory, with a solid science foundation of spinal anatomy, biomechanics, disc physiology and pathology to inform the clinical reasoning behind her progressive treatment techniques.
