Other interests that are relevant
I’m a competitive trail runner, I represent South Africa in 2015 in Switzerland for World mountain running championships. I’m competent and comfortable in the mountains. I’m comfortable to handle myself and take responsibility for the safety of others, on trails in the mountains up to 60km/day and up to 3500m altitude.
I’ve been rock climbing for the past 7 years. I’m most experienced in sport climbing with some, but limited experience in trad climbing.
I’ve been treating patients in the trail running and climbing community for the past 8 years.
I’ve been treating and working with patients with lymphoedema for the past 8 years. Oncology and primary lymphoedema patients
I enjoy reading, dancing, hula-hooping, playing with poi and moving in general
I meditate, practice TRE, chant, practise the Wim Hof method daily and interact with my own healing process in a fun and creative way
